The PT performs a virtual triage to determine the member’s optimal treatment plan
Center of Excellence (COE)

If a surgical consult is warranted: the employee or family members is immediately referred to a COE network orthopedic physician for a surgical consult. ThriveOrtho 3D assessment will be performed at the time of the surgical consult.

Prehab: If surgery is warranted, ThriveOrtho coordinates all payer-required prehab using it's
platform connecting members with both in-clinic and virtual care through the COE network.

Post-Surgery Rehab: Following surgery, the member's rehab is fully supported by the ThriveOrtho tools, including 3D range of motion assessment, the AI-generated avatar home exercises, AI coaching, and ThriveOrtho’s own personal health coaches, and connecting members with both in-clinic and virtual care through our network.

Surgical Venue: Surgery will be performed in a COE Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or in a
geographically suited “best-in-class” orthopedic hospital that is part of the national MSK Center of Excellence.

If surgery is NOT warranted, we coordinate all payer-required prehab using the
ThriveOrtho platform, including the ThriveOrtho AI-generated avatar home exercise library
prescribed based on the 3D assessment; members are connected with both in-clinic and
virtual care through our network.
